Un set di tre CD, Music Box: 30th Anniversary Expanded Edition presenta l’album originale Music Box nella sua interezza sul primo disco con la notevole aggiunta di “Everything Fades Away” (precedentemente disponibile solo come bonus track internazionale). Il secondo disco presenta in anteprima una serie di brani inediti, tra cui “Workin’ Hard”, “All I Live For (Extended Version)”, “My Prayer”, “Hero (2009 Version)”, “Anytime You Need A Friend (Extended Mix”), “Music Box (A Capella)” e due performance dal vivo da Top of the Pops: “Dreamlover” e “Without You”. Il secondo disco include anche il duetto di Mariah Carey con Luther Vandross in “Endless Love” e due remix inediti del DJ Terry Hunter, nominato ai Grammy Award: “I’ve Been Thinking About You” e “Workin’ Hard”. Il terzo disco, “Mariah Carey Live at Proctor’s Theater, NY – 1993”, presenta per la prima volta lo showcase completo di Mariah e contiene otto performance inedite. (Le performance al Proctor’s Theater di “Hero” e “Dreamlover” sono gli unici due brani inediti del concerto).
